Application Process Description
1. Submit your resume
Check out the latest opportunities on our recruitment website, and apply directly if there is a vacancy that you are interested in.
2.Receive your Interview Invite
Department management or HR will conduct preliminary screening and those who meet the job criteria will be contacted again to arrange an interview.
3.Attend your Interview
Complete the relevant pre-interview tests and presentations in accordance with departmental requirements, then arrange your interview with management and HR.
4.Post-interview Comprehensive Evaluation
The managers will assess your suitability for the position based on the outcome of your interview. If there are no suitable vacancies at that time, your resume will be saved in our talent database and contact you should a suitable vacancy become available.
5.Notify Successful Applicant
Applicants who meet the needs of the department will be notified of their success and sent their letter of appointment and relevant registration materials.

We post the latest job vacancies on our recruitment website, where you can search for jobs directly and register your resume. If you find a job that you are interested in, you can apply through the website and we will receive your resume.
After receiving your resume, management and HR will first go through a screening process. If your academic experience aligns with the job requirements, we will send your invite and arrange your interview as soon as possible. For those without relevant experience for the position, we will store your resume in our talent database and contact you as soon as a suitable position becomes available.
The interview should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Test according to job requirements → Interview with the unit manager → Interview with HR for those who meet the department requirements (if you take part in a video interview, HR will schedule another interview appointment for you)
  • Video Interviews:
    1. Dressing neatly and formally will help you gain bonus points and make a good first impression on the manager.
    2. Before the interview, please have your ID card and diploma ready for HR to perform an identity check. You should also understand the background of the company and industry before the interview.
    3. Please make sure to enter the online meeting room 5 to 10 minutes before the interview, and enable your microphone and camera to test their functionality and ensure your video connection is stable throughout the interview process. If you find yourself unable to get online, please let us know in advance through the contact window.
  • In-person Interviews:

    2. Before the interview, please have your ID card and diploma ready for HR to perform an identity check. You should also understand the background of the company and industry before the interview.
    3. Please make sure to go to the lobby or security room to exchange your visitor pass 5 to 10 minutes before the interview. If you find yourself unable to make the interview time, please let us know in advance through the contact window.
For those who meet the job requirements, we will send your acceptance notice 1 to 2 weeks after the interview, and will contact you as soon as we have more information. No notice will be given if you are not accepted. We will save your resume in our talent database and contact you when there is a suitable vacancy.
